Application and dose:

1.Flocon 285 is an aqueous solution of organic acids, and it is corrosive when in condensed state. So you should use anti-corrosion tools to dosing. Such as: 316L stainless steel or plastic, that is, GRP, PVC and PE.

2.The recommended dosing position is the downstream of any filtration equipment or filter

3.Flocon 285 can be miscible with water in any proportion, and it can be used in pure product form or In its aqueous solution form. The recommended minimum dosing concentration is 10% w / w

4.Flocon 285 should be continuously added, and stay proportional with water flow to maintain the recommended dose level

5. Dosing amount is related to water quality and saturation index of the various scaling that existed in concentrated brine. You can use specialized computer software to calculate the scaling index, the best system recovery rate and  dosage forecast.
