Flocon190 is the organic phosphate peroxide solution. It is effective in controlling the inorganic scale deposits of the membrane surface.

Under economical movement condition it can highly effective control membrane surface calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate deposition.

It is compatible to all the major reverse osmosis membrane.

It has passed through international tap water chemical additive authentication.

Chemical reactivity:

Under usual service condition, FloconPlus is not under chlorine or other oxidation disinfectant’s influence. Flocon Plus may be used in the membrane system, which uses the chlorine, and the leaning sulfurous acid hydrogen accepts.

Using and dosage:

Flocon190 is one kind of organic acid peroxide solution; it has corrosiveness under the condition of concentrates. Therefore, we should use the anticorrosion medicine equipment. The appropriate material may be the 316L stainless steel or a plastic, for example: GRP, PVC and PE. The recommendation medicine spot is in any filter plant and the barrel filter's downstream enters in the water.

Flocon190 can be mixed with water in any scale immiscible. It can be used in the form of product or the application form solution. The minimum recommended for dosing solution concentration may be 10 %( w/w).

Flocon190 should be added continuously, and it is proportional to the water, to keep the level of the recommended dose.

The needed does quatity is related to the qulity of water and each kind of scaling ingredient saturation index which in the salt water exists. We can use special software to count scaling index calculation and best system recovery.
