---Cleaning procedures---

(take cleansing agent LH-02 as example)

1.    Clean system's solution box thoroughly.

2.    Install the new filter or filter bag in the dry cleaning system.

3.    Join the counter-seepage product water to the cleaning liquid to suit the fluid position.

4.    Mix LH - 02 into the cleaning solution box in a proportion of 1 pound (0.45kg) to 10 gallons(37.85 liters).

5.    Clean the soup box until the cleaning liquid is mixed well.

6.    Heat the cleaning solution to the degree that we need.

7.    Keep the cleaning solution's PH in 2.0-3.5; if it is reduce the PH, we can add the LANHIKLEEN® continuously, if on the contrary, we may add less LANHIKLEEN®.

8.    In reverse osmosis system's operation, read the reverse osmosis product waterside and concentrated waterside PH, record for cleaning GSCC using.

9.    Close the reverse osmosis system, cleaning system should be connected to the reverse osmosis system of step 1.

10.   Make counter-seepage product water pipeline connected to the clean system; shrink the emissions pipeline thickly to the suitable emission point.

11.   Slowly open the washing pumps and clean the reverse osmosis into step 1, and observe strong water discharge export quality’s changing, when observed from cleaning is obviously, close the thick cleaning pump water road and connect back cleaning system.

12.   Open the scavenging pump; clean the current capacity and the clean pressure establishment to the correct value.

13.   Circle the clean solution for 30 minutes, during the clean solution the PH need to be adjusted.

14.   Close the scavenging pump, clean the solution to retain the static state soaks approximately for 30 minutes in the membrane system.

15.   Opens the scavenging pump and clean 15 minutes. After that clean the system connection to the next section which needs to clean.

16.   In the cleaning of the system, about other steps we should refer to the method of 8-14. Periodically cleaning, according to the needs of the PH, if it is needed to adjust to contain the discoloration or cleaning, cleaning should be reconfigured fresh. If you need to add more water, you should accord to the amount of every 10 gallons (1) water 37.85 0.45 pounds (kg) in LANHIKLEEN ® LH - 02.

17.   In every period of cleaning system, add liquor box reverse osmosis product water after the completion of emissions and cleaning.

18.   Lead the reverse osmosis condensed and water pipe road to the suitable drain point.

19.   Open the scavenging pump; send in the new counter-seepage product Water Classic system first level to put abreast in row. Keep flushing the membrane surface, keep the same until the thick water PH is the same to the PH in the cleaning water tank.

20.   According to step 18-19 methods, flush the lasting section of the membrane in order.If this clean operation is not the final step,please continue to the next clean procedure.Open the counter-seepage system, flush and discharge the thick shrinkage and the product water approximately for 20-30 minutes, until the PH is same to that of the system cleaned.

21.   If it is the final step, it is cool to start the mechine, then concentrate water and product conduit road to the discharge points.

22.   Open the counter-seepage system; flush the thick water for 20-30 minutes, until the PH is the same to that before cleaning the systerm.

23.   Restore the system corresponding pipeline, switch the valve to the normal operation condition, and prepare for the shortly’s starting to move.
