◇Product description and purposes:

LH-540 is the non-oxidation bactericides after signed by EPA, It is used for clean reverse osmosis membrane (RO) and ultra filtration membrane (UF) system.

LH-540 could be intermittently joined in the water in the system, it can improve cleaning effect, reduce cleaning frequency by the way to be combined with other cleaning formula.

 

◇Main application:

LH-540 can quickly control microbe, and low toxicity compounds produced by natural hydrolysis. High PH and high temperature can accelerate the process.

LH-540 can only be applied to industrial production. It's not used for membrane system seep water, or inserting mankind or animals.

◇Dosing and instructions for use:

About the dosage it suggests most RO system used LH-540 once a week, the processing time should be 30 minutes. When the system is on the run we can fill the RO system with the malign products. For the system that is seriously polluted, LH - 81 and LH - 881 should be used in cleaning before LH-540 is used.

◇Typical dosage:

·Online continuous dosing：1-2ppm

·Online intermittent dosing：25-100ppm

·after cleaning with other products (CIP), we can use the product as membrane system of disinfectant: it shouldn't be 100ppm less than product concentration.

◇    Online dosing process:

1.       Seep water and salt water should be let out.

2.       Add LH-540 in RO dosing pipeline malign every 30 minutes, dosage should be calculated value.

3.       Clean system after 15 minutes after stop dosing.

4.       Restore RO system runs normally.
