◇Properties of products:
Cationic Polyacrylamide (CPAM) appears as white powder, ion degrees is from 20% to 60% and it is well water soluble, it can soluble in water with arbitrary proportion and insoluble in organic solvents. It shows high polymer electrolyte characteristics, it is applicable to the waste water treatment with negative charge and organic matter. It is suitable for industries that with high organic gel content, like dyeing, papermaking, foodstuff, building, metallurgy, dressing, coal, oil field, aquatic products processing and fermentation, especially suitable for urban wastewater, sewage sludge, the papermaking sludge and other industrial sludge dewatering processing.
◇Main application and method of use:
1) Used for sludge dewatering: It can effectively make sludge dewatering before sludge gets into pressure filtration. When dehydrating, the flocculent regiment produced is big, and it won't glue the filter cloth, it won't scatter under pressure filtration, flow mud cake is thicker, dehydration is highly efficient, mud cake moisture content is below 80 percent.
2) Used for sewage and organic wastewater treatment: This product in acidic or alkaline medium is electro-positivity, it is efficient to make flocculating sedimentation to suspended particles in the sewage and the sewage with negative charge. Such as papermaking wastewater, urban sewage wastewater, beer wastewater gourmet powder factory wastewater, sugar, organic wastewater, high content of wastewater, textile printing and dyeing wastewater etc, in the sewage it is several times better to use positive ion polyacrylamide than to use the negative ion and nonionic polyacrylamide or inorganic salt. Because that this kind of wastewater generally brings negative charge.
3) Used as the water treatment flocculant from the rivers: It has small Consumption, the good effect, and low cost, the effect would be especially better when it is compound with inorganic flocculant, it will be the efficient flocculant to manage the waterworks around the Yangtse River and Yellow River.
4) Used for papermaking enhancer and other additives
5) Used for oilfield additives: Such as clay prevent bentonite agent, oilfield acidification with thickener.
When use this product, concentration should be controlled in 0.1-0.2%.
