Flocide380 is an efficient used in reverse osmosis system of disinfectant.

Application:

1.We should appropriately clean membrane surface or from other parts of the system of organic fouling organisms.

2.Use water flushing system.

3. Use appropriate cleaning agent to remove inorganic scale or mineral deposits before sterilization.

4. Dissolve 10 ml Flocide380; prepare 400mg/l Flocide solution in 25 liters.

5. Dilute the pipe and cycle for 30 minutes with good Flocide380 solution.

6. Flush the system with the water to remove the rest of the Flocide 380, discharge wastewater to drain.

7. Don’t repeatly use antiseptic solution.

The formation of intermittent cast controlled biofilm:

In two complete systems between Flocide380, sterilization procedures can be controlled intermittently through new growth.

Flocide380 should be 360ml/m, continue to be added for 30 minutes

Dosage bucket is directly from the water pump. For example:

Water flow 20m/hr = 10m / 30min = 3600ml Flocide380

  In the process of 15 minutes that join Flocide380 and after joining it, water of system should be to drain. Once or twice a week’s joining Flocide380 will effectively control the growth of biofilms.
