◇Product character:

◇Product description and purposes
LH-81 is a kind of solid formula of high pH value, mainly used to remove the organic material, sludge and other particles adherent to the membrane surface, it is suitable for aromatic polyamide reverse osmosis membrane, hollow fiber membrane and nanofiltration, ultrafiltration membrane. Excellent cleaning effect can extend the running time of the membrane. In order to get the best results, LH-81 should used together with LH-881 and LH-540.
◇Dosing and the application requirements
Dosing system- The product should be used in combination with membrane cleaning equipment produced by membrane system manufacturers.
Dilution- The dilution of the product must be carried out before entering membrane system. Usually the dilution proportion is 1-3% of the whole cleaning system volume (Usually 1:45). The whole system includes wash tank, connecting pipe, filters, pressure vessel and membrane.
◇Cleaning explaining:
1. Check wash tank, hose and the security filter.
2. Infuse the reverse osmosis water or the dematerialized water into the wash tank. Infuse slowly the calculated dosage into the wash tank, cycle mixed solution with a clean pump, heat the mixed solution By a heater to the highest temperature that film makers stipulated.
3. Do the circulation cleaning at the direction of the coming water for 30 minutes. The cleaning flow should be according to the recommended values from the membrane manufacturer or system supplier.
4. If pollution is serious, you should send the initial back fluid (Volume is about 15% of wash tank) out to prevent contaminants attaching on the membrane surface again.
5. For the first paragraph system, each paragraph should be cleaned alone for the maximum alone effect, If the cleanout fluid gets turbid or pH value increases beyond recommended value range, therefore in other segment cleaning fluid should be cleaned out and reconfigure the cleaning fluid.
6. It will be best to rinse through water with reverse osmosis before the system start again.
